Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance tasks in accordance with instructions, execution plans, and procedures established by the maintenance department and the plant;
• Ensure the proper working condition of all plant equipment and infrastructure;
• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and infrastructure according to the work plan generated by the maintenance department;
• Participate in technical failure analyses of plant equipment and infrastructure (diagnostics);
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department, contributing to the plant's overall results;
• Identify improvement opportunities and participate in their implementation whenever appropriate.

Profile / Requirements:

• High school diploma (minimum 12th grade) with a focus on Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills;
• Strong skills in planning, organization, adaptability to change, flexibility, dynamism, and proactivity;
• Proficiency in using computer software tools;Knowledge of the mold manufacturing process is a plus.
